This means there's no flair or unboxing experience in our packaging, just the revolutionary products you've ordered. Whilst we are always thankful for every order we receive, we have decided not to include thank you cards to further minimise our environmental impact. Within Australia, deliveries are made between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) via Australia Post. Please note that due to the robotic fulfilment process, once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Customs, Duty and Taxes
Depending on the contents and value of the shipment, the Customs Service of your chosen country of delivery may impose taxes, duties, or fees that must be paid before the shipment can be retrieved. Dispatch & Delays
We endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. However, during busy periods, including Christmas and sale events, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
Important Note: Shipping times are guidelines and subject to change. Delivery times may be longer during peak sale periods, due to COVID-19, severe weather, or other unforeseen delivery issues experienced by our selected couriers and are all beyond our control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Sydney, Australia, adhering to all NSW public holidays. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day (Monday - Friday).
Authority to Leave (ATL)
All deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave as standard. This means your order may be left unattended in a safe location at the delivery address, as determined by the courier, without a signature. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge and accept that responsibility and liability for the parcel transfers to you upon delivery. Nu Allumé and our delivery partners are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage once the parcel has been delivered.
