Firstly, you can earn 1 point for every $1 spent when you are logged into the Nu Alluminati and make a purchase through the website.

You also have multiple opportunities to earn points that's displayed in the “Earn” tab on your dashboard. These include such things as following us on socials, sending us a review or telling us about your favourite products etc.

You can redeem your rewards in your dashboard by navigating to the “Redeem” tab. Once you have enough points to redeem a reward, you can select the reward to claim the discount. You will then be supplied with a discount code you simply add in the checkout page.

The spend level is the total spend over the past 12 months registered in your account. Each spend level is the amount required to achieve that particular status level.

Yes. Your points will last for a 12 month period from the date they were first collected.

As an Insider member, every time you make a purchase through our website, you'll automatically qualify for free standard shipping. You can of course upgrade to express shipping for a fee if you wish.

We are constantly developing new products. Before we release any product to the public, we of course need honest reviews of the new product. So, we send an invitation out by email to everyone in the product testing pool to see who's available to test our new product and give us honest feedback. From there, we select a certain number of people and send out our new product to them for free, to test months before we release it to the public.

The Nu Alluminati community is a rolling newsfeed from members sharing their experience of both our products and menopause. We're currently working on a new feature to enable you to engage with each other as a supportive community.

For online purchases, your points are added to your account instantly. For points earned through the Nu Alluminati app, some are instant whilst others will take 24-48 hours to appear.
