As we're still new, we haven't yet got our products into local retail outlets. However, we highly recommend speaking with your preferred retailer and requesting they stock our products.

Unfortunately we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimise errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, sometimes your order confirmation can end up in your email's Junk/Spam folder, so please check before contacting us.
For tracking your domestic orders, simply use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email to keep tabs on its whereabouts.
Should your address be unattended upon delivery, your parcel will typically be placed in a secure spot (unless it necessitates a signature or it's deemed unsafe to do so). If the parcel isn't left at your address, a notification card will be left for you to collect it from the nearest collection outlet. Remember to bring along your ID for parcel collection.
Didn't receive a notification card? Occasionally, oversight happens. Check with your local post office or mail center to see if they're holding onto your parcel. Again, don't forget your ID when you go to pick it up.
